• Interface install at machine middle position, English & Chinese language,Big-screen LED display.
• Raw materials lacking, jointer, splice, fans & vacuum pump jump-off, all display the real-time information.
• Auto rejecting & rejecting position can be setup
• Production speed(pcsmin), shift output, rejecting quantity, total capacity, are interface display.

5. Heating system:

• Rotary set temperature control by heating couple, & temp. unit.
• Heating rotary set adopt heating tube.
• Power track-in & signal output work by mercury rotary connector.
• Heating rotary set use pneumatic compress, auto lifting while line stop,manual control enabled.

6. Safety devices:

• Safety doors equipped
• Frontal & ear side E-stop & safety line.
• Speed-up & down, alarm device button, easy operation
• Safety plate install at die entrance.
• Glue applicators place on the second platform on the rear side

7. Rear side wire put into the groove, electric & electronic routes, independent switches.

9. Spray & coat glue control, setup the rear upper platform.

• Pre-served hotmelt application position, spray & coat head keep 90 degree toward materials, hoses fix-up at rear side, perforated vertical through face board.
• Working with hotmelt units, auto glue spray & stop, manual control enabled.

Lab Test:

Haina Machinery has its own professional lab room, for each machine, when debug the machine before customers come to trial, engineers will forward the finished diaper to lab personnel, they will test each index strictly according to standard data. Find out where need to improve, and finally finish the debugging very well.
